l'Affiné au Chablis Germain cheese


A true regional speciality, l'Affiné au Chablis Germain cheese is made from cow’s milk. Its lightly gold-tinged rind reveals a meltingly soft and creamy centre. It gets its flavour and characteristic colour to its wash with Chablis wine. Its flavour is mild with a fresh, floral and fruity aroma.

During the 2018/2019 World Cheese Awards (WCA), the Refined Chablis was decorated with the bronze medal.
