I offer you an easy and quick recipe for chicken terrine with Calvados, to serve as a starter or during a cold buffet. Pork mince  and Chicken breast has a nice texture which is complemented by a very lovely tomato, garlic relish.

You can also try using different herbs in the terrine such as tarragon and parsley.
