Bonjour! My name is Stephane Pois. I am a connoisseur of fine food and I’m delighted to announce the launch of my new website, Steph's Gourmet Foods. 
 
I arrived in Australia in 1993 and discovered a whole new world of wine and food. My palate was amazed by the depth and variety of outstanding cuisine in the Australian food industry. 
 
I have had the opportunity to work at the Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville de Crissier, a three Michelin star restaurant in Switzerland operated by Mr Fredy Girardet; and the Les Loges de L’Aubergade in France, also a three Michelin star restaurant.

Steph’s Gourmet Foods offers you a fine selection of very unique and tasty produce, handcrafted straight from local producers and artisan French products. 
 
My main philosophy is to incorporate my passion for food and wine into everyday living. 
 
In creating Steph's Gourmet Food, I have had the privilege to meet some brilliant producers from all over Australia. My main goal is to promote unique Australian produce and market small eateries with flair.

Farmers Markets

We are operating at several Farmers Markets in Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast of NSW, bringing a touch of France to Oz. 
 
All our products are gluten free and are cooked weekly. Therefore, if you wish to pick up your goods from markets, you can be assured that they are fresh and of the highest quality. Please select the most convenient market for you and place your order at least three days before the market event.
