Mozzarella Balls with Ham (Order of 10 minimum)

Great for an aperitifs (Apéro in French)

The cooked ham is trimmed, boned and salted by injections. Raw ham is obtained by salting the meat and then maturing (or maturing) of variable duration. It is sometimes smoked.

Mozzarella is a spun cheese, its main characteristic. Spinning consists of stretching the dough several times to make it elastic and "spinning". The mozzarella will retain its elasticity 8 to 10 hours after this operation.
