Chickpea is a food naturally rich in vegetable proteins and fibers. Even boiled or in flour, it still contains many vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B9) and minerals (manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, selenium). Low in fat, high in digestible carbohydrates, it does not contain cholesterol.
To accomplish that recipe I used Bottarga at the end, simply delicious!
All the vinaigrette come separately, therefor you can keep it up to four days.
