Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

Steph’s Gourmet Foods is committed to providing quality products to its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Steph’s Gourmet Foods, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase and we will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.  
 
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)   

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at steph@stephsgourmetfoods.com.au and send your item to: Steph’s Gourmet Foods, New Lambton, New South Wales, Australia, 2305.    

 

Dispatch orders  

Products are dispatched daily during a business week with delivery times varying from 1-5 days depending on locations.   
 
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within a week of ordering (within Business Hours) .
