Fromager des Clarines is famously delicious to cook with. In fact, it is specifically crafted to be baked in its own wooden box as an instant, gooey fondue!
Ingredients

250g Fromager des Clarines
-
1 Clove Garlic
-
Pinch Fresh Thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Unwrap the plastic covering from the cheese & leave the cheese (uncovered) in the wooden box.
Stud the top of the cheese with slivers of Garlic
Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the top of the cheese
Cover with foil & put in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Serve with rustic bread.
