French Blue Triple Brie is a beautifully creamy, mild blue cheese made in Belley, at the foothills of the French Alps. Local farmers supply the dairy with rich milk from Montbéliarde and Holstein cows grazing on the lush surrounding pastures.
Soft, creamy and wonderfully indulgent, this brie-style blue has a delicate blue character with a sweet, buttery finish. An excellent choice for a cheese board and particularly delicious with fresh bread, pears, figs or a drizzle of honey.
